The Justification of the Copyright System: On Property Thought of Locke

The distinction between works and tangible property makes the Locke's theory of justifying the tangible property system difficult to justify the copyright system.The Locke's property theory which received different explanations and criticisms from later scholars was based on the transition of natural law and comprised of two terms.By making analysis of these two terms,the author demonstrates that Lock's property theory is better to justify the copyright system.
