| 摘 要： | 近几年来,以福建沿海地区非法移民活动为主体的中国非法移民问题日益受到世界的关注和引起国人的担忧,911事件又强化了非法移民作为一种非传统安全因素对国际社会的影响.当前,福建沿海地区的非法移民是中国非法移民事件的主体,以其为案例对中国当代非法移民活动的特征进行研究,将有利于我们对中国非法移民活动作到有的放矢的预防与治理.

| Abstract: | Since the mankind comes into the 21st century,the question of China's illegal emigration,which takes place mainly in the districts along the coast in Fujian province,draws the eyes of the world and the worry of the nations,and again the 911 event strengthens the influence of illegal emigration as a non-traditional security factor on the international society.The study of the features of the modern illegal emigration movement is very helpful for China to prevent and control the illegal emigration movement. |
