| 摘 要： | 现代社会经济发展的特征之一 ,是企业危机因素在数量上的增加以及在影响程度上的加深 ,危机管理成为企业管理的重要内容。企业危机管理存在诸多问题 ,需要在企业内部构建动态危机管理模式。将危机管理能力视为企业核心竞争力的构件之一 ,寻求危机状态和正常状态下统一管理的模式 ,在制度层面上防范和控制危机 ,更好支持企业的长期战略。从时间、制度和策略三维论述企业动态危机管理模式构建的基本问题 ,为企业构建动态危机管理模式提供一个基本框架。

| Abstract: | The paper discusses the causes to the failure in crisis management of enterprise. Further considering the nature of crisis in enterprise,the paper attempts to integrate crisis management in ernterprises' normal management to improve the company's capability of crisis management and support company's long-term strategies by means of establishing a dynamic internal mechanism. Trying to give some good theorical guidelines to company's management fulfilment in the real world,the paper discusses this problem in three dimensions:time,strategy and system. |
