Group Interests Role in the Construction of National Interests: From Perspective on Chinese Exclusion of U.S.A

There are two sources for national interests:one is from international level,such as international organizations,interactions among different countries,and the culture of international society;the other is from domestic level,such as the results of interactions among different interest groups.From Chinese Exclusion case,we can drow a conclusion:national interest is not a stable one,but a variable.Some national interests are from domestic interactions,during these processes,some group interests can be defined as national interests.
