| 摘 要： | 在关系取向社会中 ,“合约信用”机制和“关系信用”机制是交易者用来构建信任体系的两种基本手段。交易者通过两种机制都可以达到减少交易风险、降低交易费用的目的。但“合约信用”和“关系信用”的形成途径、建立成本以及起作用的条件和方式存在很大的差别 ,“合约信用”机制和“关系信用”机制的运作效率和运作成本在不同环境中也有很大的不同。不同的交易者将根据自身和所处的环境条件不同而选择不同的机制 ,这种选择会随着条件的变化而变化。

| Abstract: | In the relation-orient society, contract-credit mechanism and relationship-credit mechanism are two basic means for traders' trust systems,which can help reduce the venture and expenses in transactions.But there exist great differences among their formation,constuction cost,effective conditions and patterns. Their working efficiency and cost vary in different circumstances. In the commercial society,different traders choose different mechanisms according to their own conditions and circumstances. They may vary their choices if conditions change. |
