改革开放前 ,中国共产党的执政合法性是以意识形态为中心的。 2 0世纪 70年代末 ,意识形态中心型的合法性出现危机。以邓小平为代表的中国共产党人 ,把合法性基础由以意识形态为中心转移到以经济绩效为中心上来 ,成功地实现了合法性的第一次转型。当前 ,经济绩效主导的执政合法性面临着新的挑战 ,创新执政合法性 ,实现执政合法性的第二次转型是共产党执政合法性建设面临的重要任务

The Transformation of the Governing Legitimacy of CPC and Its Path Choice

After the founding of the new China, The Communist Party of China has made persistent exploration to strengthen and enlarge its governing legitimacy. Before reforming and opening, the governing legitimacy of the CPC had concentrated on ideology. In the end of the 1970s, the crisis of legitimacy concentrate on ideology arose. The CPC in the representative of Deng Xiao-ping transferred the legitimate base from the core of ideology to economic achievement and successfully fulfilled the first transformation of the legitimacy. At present,the governing legitimacy of the CPC concentrates on economic achievement is faced with new challenges,and innovating new governing legitimacy of and fulfilling the second transformation of it is the important task for our party to construct the legitimacy.
