新制度主义对主流经济学的扩展

作为西方主流经济学的新古典理论，从其诞生之日起就受到了来自不同经济学流派的质疑和批判。以凡勃伦、康芒斯等为代表的老制度主义和以科斯、诺思等为代表的新制度主义，作为制度分析的不同理论范式，对主流经济学有着不同的判断。前者对主流经济学持否定态度，而后者则将交易成本、产权和制度变迁引入主流经济学，对其进行了有效的扩展。对于处在转型期的中国经济而言，制度建设是关键所在。

The New Institutionalism and the Expansion of Mainstream Economics

As the mainstream economics of the West, the Neo Classical theory was called in question and suffered criticism from the various schools of economics as soon as its birth. (2) There are different judgments toward mainstream economics. (3) T. Veblen and J. Commons, the representatives of the Old Institutional Economics, hold the negative attitude toward the mainstream economics. (4) R. Coase and D. North are of Neo Institutional Economists, they bring the concept of transaction cost, the property rights, and the institutional change into the mainstream economics which is thus made developing. (5) Institutional construction is the key measure for China to operating of economics in the period of transformation.
