数字图书馆与版权

Digital Library and Copyright

In spite of the great achievements made in the construction of "digital library" in China, there still exist many problems. The analysis of "Chen Xingliang's lawsuit against the copyright violation of China Digital Library Co. LTD" leads to the conclusion that the problem of the digital work copyright should draw our attention. How to keep balance between information service and copyright protection becomes an issue in legislative body, judicial departments and other relevant institutions.
