A rustic opinion on the checking-up and evaluating system of socialist construction

Nowadays,problems from moral construction in our country are not that people do not know what good and evil is,but how people are encouraged to keep good and curb evil;not that cadres at levels are not aware of the importance of moral construc-tion,but how leading cadres in different parts or departments are urged to put moral construction in effect.Therefore,it is particular-ly important to set up a checking-up and evaluating system moral construction for it is necessary that we need supervise and urge cadres at levels to carry out moral construction and guide the mass actively participate in socialist moral construction,and it is possi-ble that,as an activity morality can be evaluating content lies in checking and evaluating socialist moral construction system and the degree of realizing the socialist moral construction goal.
