河南省高危行业安全生产问题与对策研究

安全生产事关经济社会发展和人民群众的生命财产安全。受多种因素的制约和影响,河南省高危行业安全生产基础比较薄弱,安全生产形势依然严峻。为了抓好高危行业的安全生产,需要按照“安全第一,预防为主”的方针,结合河南实际,从政府管理、企业管理、技术研究、社会舆论监督等方面采取有效措施,切实解决河南高危行业安全生产领域存在的问题。

On the Operation Security of High-Danger Occupation in Henan Province and the Countermeasures

Operation security is closely related to the social and economic development and the life and poverty security of the people.Affected by many factors,the operation security of high-danger occupation has a weak basis and the whole situation is still serious.In order to solve the problems existing in high-danger occupations in Henan province,effective measures are required to be taken according to the guideline of"putting priority on the security and prevention measure"in the following fields: management of the government and enterprises,technology study,the supervision of public opinion.
