| 摘 要： | 董事会领导下的校长负责制适应我国民办大学办学的特殊需求.本文主要分析了董事会结构及其组织活动,并与美国私立大学董事会制度进行了相关的比较.要使民办大学董事会结构充分发挥其有效性,必须推进董事会构成的多样化、建立董事的激励约束机制、完善校长负责制度、加强董事会制度立法建设.

| Abstract: | The president responsibility system under the leadership of the school board of directors meets the special requirements of our private universities. This paper mainly analyses the structure of the school board and its organizational activities, and compares with the board system of private universities in U.S.A. In order to improve the efficiency of the school board, attention should be paid to the diversification of the board composition, the institution of incentive and restraint mechanisms for the directors, the improvement of president responsibility system and the reinforcement of legislation of the board system. |
