A Study of the Conditions for Developing Ecological Tourism and the Safeguard Model for Sustainable Development

The leap-over development model that stimulates the regions in economic development by boosting ecological tourism is expected to have a good prospect by many less developed regions. How to safeguard the sustainable development of tourist industry is a problem that the less developed regions are jointly faced with. Based on the analysis of the conditions for developing ecological tourism, the influence factors of sustainable development and the safeguard model in the city of Lishui, the paper expounds the relationship between the main body for the development, which includes the government, enterprises and individuals, and the target for the development, so as to guarantee the spatial and temporal continuation and sustainability of the regional development.
