城市基层社会的深层权力秩序

近十多年来,我国城市经济和社会各个领域发生了一系列重大变化,尤其是单位制、户籍制和“街-居制”构成的城市管理制度结构的松动,社区建设全面启动。使城市居民的身份、城市基层的社会整合方式以及国家与社会的关系变得复杂起来,由于国家与社会在基层社区最现实的生活层面相遇。由此便引伸出了一些问题,基层社会的权力秩序是怎样的?其内在逻辑何在?为此,本文试图通过研究上海城市的一些基层社区组织之间的关系来揭示最基层社会的深层权力秩序。

Deep Power System in Civic Grass- roots Society

For more than ten years, there have been great changes in all fields of civic economy and society in China. And construction of community has gone on in an all-round way with the loosened civic administrative system. However, the identities of citizens, social integration mode in civic grass-roots unit and the relations between state and society have become complicated, resulting to some problems. What is the power system in grass-roots unit? What's the intrinsic logic? This article tries to reveal the deep power system by studying the relations of grass-roots units in Shanghai.
