| 摘 要： | 金融危机对全球经济产生全方位的影响,国际直接投资领域出现了一些新动向,包括国际直接投资规模萎缩、跨国并购方式比重下降、重磅交易推动行业重组、跨国公司全球战略调整及主权财富基金进军实体经济.国际直接投资的趋势主要有新兴市场国家将加速对外直接投资、资源及市场导向将日益突出和高新技术产业及现代服务业将成为FDI集中领域.以上新动向与趋势对中国经济将产生深刻影响.
