| Abstract: | In China, social law is a new discipline of law science but lack of rigorousness and coincidence and many problems in it should be discussed on.The developing speed of the Chinese economy has made great stride which makes people of the world surprised.Objectively,we should speed up social legislation,strengthen legislation and develop its function;According to requirement,we should theoretically and fully discuss about social law,improve system of social legislation in practice and raise quality of social legislation. |
