| 摘 要： | 现代化是我们追求的目标。当前人们已经认识到 ,现代化是社会的现代化和人的现代化的有机统一 ,物质文明和精神文明要协调发展。社会主义精神文明建设是现代化建设的客观要求和重要内容。精神文明重在建设 ,重在落实 ,优化精神文明的载体是精神文明建设的一个重要方面。

| Abstract: | Modernization is the goal we are pursuing.At present the people have realized that,the modernization is an organic unity of the modernization of society and human beings,material and spiritual civilization construction should develop in a balanced and harmonious way.Socialist spiritual civilization construction is the objective requirement and the important content of the modernization constrnction.We should put the construction in an important position in spiritual civilization and also we should pay more attention to the implementation,to optimize the carrier of spiritual civilization is a significant side of the construction of spiritual civilization. |
