摘    要:在深化高校体制改革中 ,建立岗位控制的管理理念 ,科学的搞好岗位设置 ,真正做到“因事设岗” ,通过岗位设置和人员竞争上岗 ,实施岗位聘任制 ,建立起配套的岗位津贴等激励机制 ,优化高校专业队伍结构 ,促进学科发展 ,提高学校整体办学水平。

Abstract:During the deepening system reform in universities managing idea of post control should be established for scientific installing posts and "post with real task" also should be done through post installation and competition in order to implement post engaging system to establish stimulating system such as post subsidy to optimize structure of professionals in universities,to promote scientific development and to improve the whole education in universities.
