| 摘 要： | 晋商在明清发展到鼎盛时期,曾雄居中国商界500多年。他们在长期经营活动中形成的晋商文化是其持续发展的精神动力,成为我国“儒商文化”继承和发展的典范,是我国商业文化史上宝贵的精神财富。弘扬晋商文化,挖掘其内涵,坚持古为今用,对现代企业文化的建设与创新将产生深刻的影响。

| Abstract: | Business of Jin(ancient Shanxi) merchantry was in the prime of its develoment in Ming and Qing Dynasties,occupying the top place in business circle for 500 years.The business culture formed in the long time of business transactions of those businessmen of Jin period functions as spiritual motive force of business development,which has become an excellent example for the inheritance and development of Chinese scholar-merchant culture,hence the precious spiritual wealth in the cultural history of Chinese business.To enhance business culture of Jin merchantry and to explore its connotation and make it serve the present will exert great influence on the building and innovation of modern corporate culture. |
