| Abstract: | Based on the characteristics of independent colleges and their students,the teaching of ideological and po-litical theories is confronted with some serious challenges in the background of multiculturalism. Facing the challenges, something must be done to further explore the way of enhancing the teaching effectiveness of ideological and political theo-ries in independent colleges,such as to highlight the objective status of the student,to reinforce the practice-based teaching and to reform teaching evaluation system. |
