| Abstract: | The constructions of legal system and morality need harmonious development which contains the following concrete ways:1)legislation needs moral guide and moral standard should be strengthened by laws;2)the main-body of enforcing the law needs moral guarantee and moral custom needs legal safeguard;3)mood of abiding by law needs moral control and moral ideal needs legal promotion. |
