| 摘 要： | 文章拟从国家一社会关系的框架出发，通过对长春市一个城市基层社区建设现状的分析，指出当前在国家主导下的城市社区建设，实际上是国家使其权力触角重新延伸到城市基层生活的过程，而这种权力的延伸与渗透是以内卷化为特征的。换言之，社区建设的内在行动逻辑是国家权力技术在城市基层的改变。

| Abstract: | This paper, within the frame of ＂State - Society＂, takes an urban grassroots community in Changchun as the target of study, and indicates that urban Community Building led by Chinese government, in fact, extends government＇s power into urban grassroots＇ lives. The extension is a process of power involution, in other words, the action logic of community building is the transformation of government＇s power technic in urban grassroots. |
