城市化进程中农民工城市归属感问题探微

增强农民工的城市归属感，是促使其融入城市社会的关键。农民工在城市归属问题上呈现出地域归属感、群体归属感、身份归属感等方面的不和谐。究其原因，既与我国体制性障碍、不合理制度、城市社会对农民工认同程度低、进城成本高等因素相关，也与农民工自身素质不高有很强的关联度。要实现农民工城市归属感的和谐健康发展，应以强化农民工对城市居民的群体归属感为切入点，同时辅以消融城乡二元分割等必要配套措施，为农民工归属城市社会构建和谐体制，营造良好社会环境，创造必要的物质生活和人力资本条件，使农民工更好地走进城市、融入城市。
