| 摘 要： | 作为区域振兴的有效方法,产业集群战略受到广泛的关注。集群内企业具有高效率、高生产率等特性。高度的产业集群化是日本获得国际竞争力的重要因素之一。借鉴其发展经验对我国制定实施产业集群发展战略与集群政策,促进、引导和规范产业集群发展具有深远的意义。文章从日本区域政策的视角,分析了产业集聚与产业集群的理论发展,并对我国的集群发展作出了政策建议。

| Abstract: | as a effective method for regional revitalization,industrial cluster strategy has been widespread concern.The enterprises in cluster have the characteristics of high efficiency and productivity.With high degree of industrial clusters is an important reason for the high international competitiveness of Japan.Learningfrom theseexperiences will be very useful for the cluster development strategies and policies made in China,and will have far-reaching significance to promote,guide and regulate the development of industrial clusterin China.From the perspective of Japan＇s regional policy,the article analyses the development of theories of industrial agglomeration and industrial clusters,givespolicy recommendations to the development of industrial clustersin China. |
