论日本自然主义文学的迷惘特质

明治三十年代末,日本文坛掀起了以告白自己为主要特色的自然主义文学运动。在西方个人主义思潮的涤荡和日本传统文化的束缚下,日本自然主义以“自我”为核心提出了一系列创作主张。以法国自然主义文学为镜,可看出日本自然主义文学明显呈现出觉醒了的近代知识分子难以确立“自我”的“愚钝迷惑”的特质,但不可否认的是日本自然主义文学以“私小说”的独特文体对日本近代文坛的繁荣产生了巨大影响。
