Analysis on the Human Nature of National Relief System for Crime Victims

The victims of crime in Modern criminal justice system has been transformed into a tool for the country,as a result,their suffering from the crime didn＇t met reasonable compensation and recovery.It is clearly contrary to the humanism nature which is generally conferred modern legal system.The contemporary countries＇ relief for the criminal victims marked the reversion of the humanistic spirit in the field of victims protection.In our China,the material wealth and human spirit which accumulated in three decades of reforming and opening has built solid social foundation for the national relief system for criminal victims.
