当前大学生创业问题成因及对策分析

近年来我国高校毕业生就业形势十分严峻,如何解决大学生的就业问题,是关乎社会和谐、民心稳定的大事,鼓励大学生创业,以创业带动和解决就业,是当今解决大学生就业难问题的重要手段,这在当前总体就业形势紧张时期具有积极意义。文章主要对当前大学生创业过程中遇到的政策法规不完善、学校创业教育滞后、家庭观念制约以及创业者自身能力欠缺等主要问题进行分析并提出相应的建议及对策。

The employment situation of college graduates in China has been sever in recent years,how severe situation with good university student's employment problem,is for social harmony and stability of the people,and encourage students to expanding and solve the employment of college students today,is an important means of employment difficult problems in the current,the overall employment situation nervous period is of positive significance.This paper focuses on the current university student's pioneering work process of policies and regulations are not perfect,school education,family business ideas lagging and their ability to restrict entrepreneur problems such as lack of analysis and put forward the corresponding Suggestions and countermeasures.
