摘 要: | 工资确定集中谈判制度在丹麦一直起着相当重要的作用,是丹麦工资确定的主要机制.由于经济危机以及国际竞争加剧的影响,企业对于灵活工资调整的要求越来越强烈,丹麦中央集权化的工资确定机制开始呈现出分散化发展的趋势.

Abstract: | Abstract: Collective bargaining plays an important role in wage setting and is the main wage-setting system in Denmark. Since the influence of the global economic crisis, firms needed more freedom in their wage policy to compete successfully in the world, so there has been a tendency towards greater decentralization in Danish centralized wage setting. |
