我国目前共有262个资源型城市,其中衰退型、成熟型城市所占比例高达79.24%,随着自然资源的日益枯竭,资源型城市也就不得不面对艰难的阶段——转型期。如何有效地推动资源型城市实现高质量转型,这是新时代赋予我们的重要使命,也是一个艰巨的考验。文章紧密围绕“一带一路”的战略思想,分析“一带一路”对资源型城市转型发展的意义,探讨一带一路背景下实现资源型城市转型发展的相关措施。

Exploring the development path of resource-based city in the background of the Belt and Road initiative

There are currently 262 resource-based cities in China, of which the proportion of declining cities and mature cities is as high as 79.24%. With the depletion of natural resources, resource-based cities have to face difficult stages-transition period.. How to effectively promote the high-quality transformation of resource-based cities is an important mission given to us by the new era and a daunting test. This paper closely surrounds the strategic thinking of "One Belt, One Road". Firstly, it analyzes the significance of "One Belt and One Road" for the transformation and development of resource-based cities. Secondly, it discusses in depth the relevant measures to realize the transformation and development of resource-based cities in the context of the Belt and Road Initiative, including:Create a good market economy concept, give full play to the role of market mechanisms, and attract more influx of migrants.
