| 摘 要： | 中青年教师教学能力的缺失直接影响高校的教学质量和未来发展。教学档案袋是反映教师教学能力的重要载体,与课程改革、教师学习共同体和教学反思有着密切联系。第一,教学档案袋依托具体的课程有利于唤醒教师课程改革意识推动课程改革;第二,教学档案袋需要他人协作的内容特点有利于教师同侪互助构建教师学习共同体;第三,教学档案袋的"教学DIY"过程有利于增强教学满意度激发教师教学反思。

| Abstract: | The deficiency of teaching ability of young and Middle-aged teachers would be directly affecting the teaching quality and the development of colleges and universities.The teaching portfolio is an important carrier of teachers'teaching ability,which is closely related to Curriculum Reform,Teacher Learning Community and Teaching Reflection.Firstly,the teaching portfolio depends on a specific course,which has an advantage to awaken the teachers'awareness to promote curriculum reform.Secondly,the characteristic of the teaching portfolio which needs cooperation with each other can benefit teachers with mutual assistance to build teacher learning community.Thirdly,the "DIY" process of the teaching portfolio can help promoting teaching satisfaction and arousing teaching reflection. |
