| 摘 要： | 本文分析了社会发展对大学英语教学的要求,认为英语教学不仅要培养学生的语言运用能力,更要服务于学生的素质培养和人格塑造。通过分析大学英语教学中存在的一些主要问题,提出了将素质教育融入大学英语教学的一些观点和建议。

On integration of all-round quality education into college English teaching |

| Abstract: | This article analyses the requirement of our society for English teaching in higher education and concludes that English teaching should aim not only at cultivating the students' language ability but also developing their all-round quality and modeling their personality. On the basis of a study of some major problems in English teaching in college, this paper puts forward some suggestions for integrating the concept of all-round education into college English teaching. |
