| 摘 要： | 先秦儒家"德治"思想可概括为"德政"与"德教"两个层面,两者之间存在着辩证统一的关系,即 "德政"是"德教"的前提,"德教"是"德政"的保证。细探究二者的关系,对于我们今天的行政伦理建设、公民道 德建设将不无裨益。

| Abstract: | The Confucianist thought of virtue - rule in pre - Qin period includes virtue - politics and virtue - education, whose relation is the unity of opposite . Virtue - politics is the fundamental of virtue - education and virtue - education is the guarantee of virtue - politics. Today, we figure out the relation carefully, there are enlightenment and practical significance to our administrative ethics development and civic morals development. |
