| 摘 要： | 发展县域文化产业是经济社会发展的必然选择，是产业结构调整的重要举措。河北省县域文化产业发展中面临融资不畅、品牌策略有待优化、相关人才缺乏、集聚区协作不畅、恶性竞争严重等问题，应通过创新文化企业投融资机制、壮大县域特色文化品牌、加快文化人才的引进和培养、搞好文化产业集聚区建设、创新文化产业发展模式等途径得以解决。

| Abstract: | It is a necessay choice to develop county culture industry for economic development. And it is an important measure for adjustment of industrial structure. There are issues of financing difficulty, optimizing brand strategy, shortage of relevant talents, difficult cooperation between gathering places, severe vicious competition in Hebei''s county culture industry development. The solotion to the issues lies in innovating its investing and financing system, publicizing the ounty culture brand, accelerating the drawing-in and cultivation of culture talents, making a good construction of cultural industry quarter, and innovating the development model of culture industry. |
