| 摘 要： | 模拟法庭教学模式自被引入中国以来，一直被各高校法学专业当成必修的法律实践课程，它的德育作用却一直未得到充分重视，本文阐释了在模拟法庭中进行大学生德育的优势，现行模拟法庭课程设计在此方面的不足，并在此基础上，提出了完善现行模拟法庭课程设计，加强其德育作用的三个建议。

| Abstract: | As a kind of legal practice teaching method, the moot court is widely adopted by the Law major at college.However, the role of moot court in moral education has not been fully paid attention to.This paper explains the advantages of moot court in college students'' moral education and the lack of curriculum design in moot court at present. On this basis, it puts forward three suggestions to improve the curriculum design in moot court and strengthen the function of moral education. |
