| 摘 要： | 本文针对我国教育技术培训内容中存在的问题,从信息技术与教育的整合及培训的实际效果取向角度提出了教育技术培训内容设置的基本原则,并通过对调查问卷的分析,构建一套分别能适用教师、教辅人员、教学管理人员、工程技术人员的教育技术培训内容体系。

| Abstract: | In view of the actual effect of training and the integration of IT and education,the basic principle in the paper is introduced,which is used to arrange the training content of educational technology and solve the problem in training content of educational technology.Additionally,a system of training content for educational technology will be built,which is suitable to teachers,teaching assistants,teaching management and engineering technical staff. |
