问题意识与大学生潜能开发

大学生作为特殊的群体,他们有着极大的潜能。人的潜能在一生中,一般只发挥大约10%。大学生的潜能虽然发挥的更多一些,但也不可能完全开发出来。开发潜能的方式有很多。文章从培养其问题意识入手,分析提出问题对大学生潜能发挥的重要性,不断培育问题意识是开发潜能的动力,进而指出培育问题意识的途径,在提出问题并试图解决问题中潜能得到发挥。

The sense of questioning and potential development for college students

College students have great potential as a special group of people in the society.It is reported that people can only realize about 10% of their overall potential,and for college students,they may achieve more than that percentage,but still not full of it.There are many ways to develop students' potential.This article will start with the point of training college students to develop their sense of questioning,then analyze the importance of questioning in potential development,expound that continuous training of questioning is the motivation for potential development,therefore point out approaches of such training,finally help students fulfill their potential through the process of raising and solving questions.
