| 摘 要： | 高校人才的成长过程是一个复杂的系统工程,是一个多因素协同作用的结果。基于学习型组织理论,遵循系统理论思想,对河北省高校人才成长环境进行了实证研究,提出构建基于学习型组织理论的高校人才成长环境体系。

| Abstract: | The growing process of university talents is a complicated and systemic project,and a result of synergy with more than one factor.Based on the learning organization theory,following the ideas of systematic theory,this paper makes an empirical research on the growing environment of university talents in Hebei province,and puts forward the university talents growth environment system based on the learning organization theory. |
