| Abstract: | The cooperating development strategy for Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei province offers a great opportunity to integrate the social security systems in these places. People must pay attention to the cooperating development of lawful construction,top innovation, and equalization of basic civil service. Meanwhile, people also need to look back to historical reference. |
