| 摘 要： | 农村土地承包经营权是农村土地制度的核心,明确农村土地承包经营权的法律性质,对保护农民的合法权益、促进农业经济的发展具有十分重要的作用。本文从《物权法(草案)》入手对农村土地承包经营权的性质作深入分析,并就相关规定提出自己不同的看法和认识。
