摘    要:本文采用邻苯三酚自氧化法,测定了大亚湾核电站Ⅰ、Ⅱ号机组运转前与后第一年,第二年附近地区动物体肝组织及红细胞中超氧物歧化酶(EC1.15.1.1Superoxide dismutase,SOD)的活性变化,结果发现,Ⅰ、Ⅱ号机组运转后第一年与第二年,鱼类,细鳞Chi(Ctherapon Jarbua)红细胞与肝组织中SOD活性较运转前明显升高(P<0.05)血红细胞蛋白略有下降,肝组织蛋白无明显变化。两栖类动物蟾蜍(Bufo melanostictus)红细胞SOD活性运转后亦明显升高(P<0.01),但肝组织中SOD活性呈下降(P<0.05),血红蛋白及肝组织蛋白无明显性变化,本文对其变化可能原因进行了讨论。

The Activities of Superoxide Dismutase in the Animal Erythrocyte and Liver Tissues around the Area of Dayawan Nuclear Power Station before/after Operation

Abstract:This paper was to determine the changes of superoxide dismutase (EC 1.15.1.1 SOD) activities in the animal erythrocyte and liver tissues with auto oxidation of pyrogallol method. The samples were collected from the area neraby Dayawan nuclear power station, which was compared after revolving No.1 and No.2 generating units with before. The results showed that the Cu,Zn SOD activity in erythrocytes and liver tissues of Therapon Jarbua were significantly increased after operation ( p<0 05 ). The contents of Hemoglobin were declined slightly, there were no obviously varies for content of liver tissue protein. After the operation of nuclear power station, the activities of Cu, Zn SOD in erythrocyte for Bufo melanostictus were also increased, but in liver tissue were decreased( p<0 05 ). Both of the contents for Hemoglobin and Liver tissue protein between before and after revolving had no different. The possible reasons were discussed.
