秦统一初年置三十六郡考

秦一代置郡问题,有不同说法,自谭其骧先生考证之后以为定论。然近年出土秦封泥和秦简牍等文物都涉及秦郡,其中众秦郡名既不见于传世的秦代文献,也为历来考证秦郡学者所不知,从而动摇了已成定论的秦郡体系。本文根据考古出土秦封泥、简牍和传世秦玺印等资料与传世文献相结合,重新思考秦郡,考证秦统一初年所置三十六郡。

Qin Dynasty Set Up 36 Counties in the Early Years of Unification

It is a conclusion after Tan Qixiang s research though there are many parlances about Qin County setup. Recent years some unearthed cultural relic relates to Qin County, such as lutes and bamboo slips of Qin and etc. Among them many names of Qin County do not appear in the literatures that come down from Qin, also not known by scholars who research Qin County in times gone, thus shaking the system of Qin County as a conclusion before. This article reconsiders Qin County and researches the 36 counties in the early years of Qin unification, based on the lutes, bamboo slips and seals unearthed or coming down from Qin and to combine literature together.
