| 摘 要： | 通过翻译研究英国议会有关历史文献,看到《烟台条约》签订之后,威妥玛和奕訢、左宗棠就鸦片税厘征收问题通过外交照会和信函进行交涉,最终促成了《烟台条约续增专条》的签订,使中国的经济主权又一次受到严重伤害。

| Abstract: | Through the translation and study of historical documents related to the British Parliamentary,the author analyzes how wade,Yixin and Tso Tsung-tang negotiated about the collection problems of tax and Li-kin of opium through diplomatic note and correspondence after Yantai Treaty was signed.The results finally contributed to the signing of Special Regulations Attached to Yantai Treaty,which brought serious harm to Chinese economic sovereignty once again. |
