| 摘 要： | 从新时期河北文化经济发展的重要性出发,用SWOT方法系统分析现阶段河北文化经济发展具有的优势和劣势、面临的机会和威胁,有助于建构河北文化经济发展的策略体系,提出了从完善文化市场、协调文化供需、创新发展内容、健全管理体制等方面入手建构河北文化经济发展的策略。

| Abstract: | Starting with the importance of the development of Hebei cultural economy m the new times, tne method of SWOT is applied to analyze the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats in the current stage, which will be beneficial for the building of the strategic system of the development of Hebei cultural economy. The strategy is to he built in way of perfecting cultural market, coordinating cultural supply and needs, innovating development content, and optimizing administrative system, and so on. |
