摘    要:创新型国家需要创新型人才,创新型人才培养的关键是创新型师资队伍的培养,学科交叉是创新型师资培养的关键。浙江大学通过学科交叉学习、交叉研究社团、交叉研究基金、交叉研究平台建设等,初步建立起一个以学科交叉研究为核心的创新型师资培养体系,积累了经验,提供了有益的启示。

Abstract:An innovative state needs innovative talents, and the key of innovative talents cultivation is the training of innovative faculty in which interdiscipline plays a critical role. Through encouraging interdisciplinary study, setting up interdisciplinary research associations, establishing interdisciplinary research funds and building interdisciplinary research platform, Zhejiang University has primarily formed an innovative faculty cultivation system centered on interdisciplinary research, accumulated relative experience, and provided beneficial enlightenment.
