| 扩大公民的有序政治参与是发展社会主义民主政治、构建社会主义和谐社会的重要手段。随着人类社会步入网络化时代，越来越多的公民借助互联网来获取政治信息,并及时、明确地表达自己的政治意愿,公民的政治参与方式发生了新的变化。在构建和谐社会的过程中，公民的网络参政可以使得民意表达渠道更为畅通、参与方式更为多元有效、民主化进程进一步加快、公民监督权的行使更具现实意义。 |

| :Expanding citizens' political participation in an orderly way is an important means in developing socialist democratic politics and building a socialist harmonious society. As human society entered in the era of networks, more and more citizens use Internet to access political information, and promptly and clearly express their political will, therefore, the manner of citizen's political participation has a new change in China. Citizens' political participation through network can make more open channels of expression, make the manner of participation more diverse and efficient, further accelerate the process of democratization, and make the exercising of citizens' superintendence more practical. |
