| 乡村振兴是一项国家战略，乡村景观建设是乡村振兴的重要组成部分。乡村景观是乡村文化的重要载体，然而当前乡村文化在这一载体上的丢失现象日趋严重。如何使乡村景观建设体现乡村历史和文化的传承,是迫切需要解决的问题。通过深入剖析文化景观衰退的原因,结合历史和文化传承价值的多元化和内外部特征，从物质和非物质层面提出文化传承型乡村景观规划建设的方略，即从四个方面的内涵要素来科学规划:维护乡村自然资源景观格局的连续性;优化原有乡村规划布局,构建现代乡村文化景观新格局;保留修复原有乡村建筑,传承创新凸显地域文化特征;提炼乡土特征符号,发掘乡村文化深厚底蕴。从三个方面来构建多方协调引导机制:政府引导,建立多层次的政策引导与规划体系;社会协同,多方参与共同推动;发挥文化自觉,引导村民主动参与和维护乡村景观建设。 |

| Rural Revitalization is a national strategy,and rural landscape construction is an integral part of Rural Revitalization.Rural landscape is an important carrier of local culture.However,the loss of rural culture in this carrier is becoming increasingly serious.In the process of the Rural Revitalization,how to make the rural landscape construction and transformation reflect the rural history and cultural heritage is an urgent problem to be solved in the current rural landscape construction.This paper deeply analyzes the reasons for the decline of rural landscape, combined with the diversity and internal and external characteristics of rural history and cultural heritage value,respectively analyzes and summarizes the physical and non material characteristics,and puts forward the strategy and guiding mechanism of cultural heritage for rural landscape planning and construction in four aspects to scientifically plan and lead the inheritance of rural cultural resources:to maintain the continuity of rural natural resources landscape pattern;to optimize the original rural planning and layout so as to build a new pattern of modern rural cultural landscape;to retain and repair the original rural buildings so as to inherit,innovate and highlight the regional cultural characteristics;to refine the local characteristic symbols and explore the profound rural culture.The multi party coordination and guidance mechanism is constructed from three aspects:with government guidance,establishing multi level policy guidance and planning system;with social coordination,emphasizing multi party participation to jointly promote the construction and development of cultural heritage in rural landscape;exerting cultural consciousness in guiding villagers to actively participate in and maintain rural landscape construction. |
