英国教师教育的历史经验及启示

摘    要:我国教师教育的改革发展正朝着开放性、专业性、终身性等特征发展, 但目前仍存在理论与实践相脱节的问题。基于英国教师教育发展的先进性及与我国教师教育改革方面所体现出的一些相近性, 研究并借鉴英国教师教育的历史经验对于我国教师教育是一个良好的启示。采用纵向比较分析和横向比较分析法, 对英国教师教育发展历程进行分析, 揭示其在培养学生教师职业能力、依托专业化人士制定发展政策、加强理论与实践的紧密结合等方面的经验做法, 这些恰恰是目前我国教师教育发展中有欠缺的地方。根据英国教师教育经验的启示, 提出我国教师教育发展的一些改革策略和措施:在提高教师教育学术性的同时, 加强教师教育的实践性环节。

Abstract:The reform and development of teacher education in China have the characteristics of openness, professionalism, and lifelong development, but there are still many gaps between theory and practice. Based on the similarity of some aspects of British teacher education with ours, to study and learn from advanced historical experience of British teacher education provides great inspirations. In this paper, we employed longitudinal comparative analysis and horizontal comparison analysis method to analyze British teacher education development course, and revealed its experiences in the fields of strengthening student teachers’ professional competence, formulating development policies by relying on experts, and combining theory and practice. Finally, according to the revelation of British experience, we proposed some reform strategies and measures to our teacher education development.
