| 摘 要： |  在梳理联盟组合研究文献的基础上，结合新一代信息技术产业，综述了联盟组合的内涵、涌现、配置以及管理方面的研究成果，明确了新一代信息技术产业发展进程中，具有高度不确定性、技术生命周期短、创造性毁灭、资源依赖程度高等产业特性，联盟组合是企业获取互补性资源、培育和提升创新能力，以应对上述产业特性的重要组织模式。通过对现有文献的梳理，指出现有研究的局限以及未来研究方向，还需围绕产业特征，深入探究联盟组合与创新能力的内在联系和影响机制。  |

| Abstract: | Based on the literature review of alliance portfolio, this paper summarizes the research achievements in aspects of connotation, appearance, allocation and management of alliance portfolio through combining the new generation of information technology. In the development of the new generation of information technology industry, which is featured with industrial characteristics of a high degree of uncertainty, short technical life cycle, creative destruction, and a high degree of resource dependence, the alliance portfolio is an important organizational model for enterprises to acquire complementary resources, cultivate and enhance innovation ability to cope with the above-mentioned industrial characteristics. Based on the summary of the existing research, this paper points out that the future research needs to explore the internal relations and mechanisms of the alliance combination and innovation ability based on the industry characteristics. |
