| 摘 要： | 碳排放的测量是研究碳排放的核心问题，本文遵循消费碳足迹的思想，利用投入产出法，在全面考虑了行业直接碳排放和消费中间产品的间接碳排放的基础上，对我国42个行业的完全碳排放量、边际完全碳排放量进行了精确测量。并对碳排放量较大、较小的行业及行业碳进出口情况进行了分析。同时在综合考虑碳排放和影响力的基础上对行业进行了分类，并提出相应的行业发展政策，对我国制定可持续发展的行业发展战略提供了理论上的依据，具有较高的参考价值。

| Abstract: | The measurement of Carbon emissions is the core issue in the research fields of carbon emissions.According to the thought of consumer’s carbon footprint and considering the direct carbon emissions and indirect carbon emissions of industries,this paper uses input-output method to accurately measure complete carbon emissions and marginal complete carbon emissions of 42 industries in China.This paper also analyzes the industries of which the carbon emissions are large or small,and import and export of industries carbon.On the base of carbon emissions and influences,we classify the industries and put forwards policy recommendation for industry development.The paper provides the theoretical basis for industries sustainable development and is of high reference value. |
