| 摘 要： | 对信息素养的概念和标准进行了分析与讨论。基于对当代社会发展特征与需要的分析,提出信息素养的培养应成为信息社会高等教育新观念。文章还就培养学生信息能力与信息素养提出了对策,分析了当前在实现人力资本快速有效增值中需要着重解决的主要问题。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the definition and standard of information accomplishment. On the basis of the analysis of the characteristics and the necessity of modern society, it points that the cultivation of information accomplishment should be a new concept of higher education in information society. This paper puts forward some countermeasures for cultivating the information competence and information accomplishment of students and it also analyzes some problems that should be emphatically worked out in realizing the rapid and efficient manpower capital increment. |
