抗结肠炎药美沙拉嗪的合成改进研究

摘    要:以水杨酸为原料,采用浓硝酸/冰醋酸作为硝化剂,合成5-硝基水杨酸;再用铁粉还原制得抗结肠炎药美沙拉嗪.合成路线简便,操作简单,设备腐蚀较小,反应条件温和,收率较高,适合工业化生产.

Abstract:5-nitrosalicylic acid was synthesized using salicylic acid as raw material and nitric acid / glacial acetic acid as nitrating agent. Then, the Mesalazine was prepared by reduction. The method is characterized with simple route, easy operation, less corrosion, moderate reaction condition and high yield. It is suitable for industrial production.
